> He then falls quiet again as you lead him to your assigned room...

[SCENE CHANGE - BEDROOM]

> When you arrive, he checks to make sure no one else is there, then closes and locks the door behind the both of you...

Shinji: Well...here we are.

> He suddenly seems nervous about what to do before he grabs your elbows with his hands...

Shinji: ..so I guess this is your last chance to back down.

MC OPTION:
Ask him to leave
> “I’m staying right here and so are you, senpai!”

> Shinjiro freezes up for a second before he laughs at the boldness of your answer.

Shinji: Well...if I don’t have a choice because you said so...lemme just take a minute to say something.
Shinji: ...thanks. For everything. If it wasn’t for you, I’d be...
Shinji: ...look I-I’m just glad to know you alright? You opened my eyes, even if I hate you for making others think I’m social...
Shinji: ...but now I’m already thinking that I could try to serve a meal cause the food’s crap...and with you around I feel like I could do anything...
Shinji: ..I guess what I’m trying to say is...
